Good morning and Happy 2018!  Here’s today’s dose of inspiration for the week.

And the Lord said to Moses “why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.”
Exodus 14:15
While camped on the shores of the Red Sea having been released from Egypt and Pharoah’s rule, the children of Israel were being hotly pursued by the Egyptians! They were afraid and began to question Moses asking why have you brought us here we could have stayed and served the Egyptians. Moses reassured the people of Israel telling them not to be afraid they will see the salvation of the Lord.  God gave Moses very specific instructions to get the children of Israel through this obstacle. Doing what the Lord had instructed him, Moses stretched out his hand over the Red Sea and God did the rest.
The Lord had made a clear path for the children of Israel to “go forward.”
As we enter this “New Year” let’s move forward not settling for anything less than what God has for us. The children of Israel had a mindset of going back wishing for “what was” when the enemy was on the pursuit.  God has deposited dreams and visions in many of our lives and has instructed us to go forward.
Whatever Pharoahs are chasing you into this next season-God has cleared the path, leave them behind, and see the Salvation of the Lord!
Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. I Corinthians 2:9

Let’s move to the next chapter!
Prayer~Dear Lord, how grateful we are for another year. Another year to move into the the things you have purposed in our lives. Another year to see you move on our behalf. Another year to watch you perform miracles small and great. We will move as you have instructed leaving what was behind us and push forward to the great things you have in store! In Jesus Name-Amen!
Have a blessed week.
